With our Thrive Toolkit, Troublesmiths has worked with organisations including Master Builders Tasmania, RACT, and the North East Chamber of Commerce to equip supervisors, managers, and business owners with practical tools, confidence, and strategies to better engage and support young employees.
In collaboration with DisCo, who specialise in transforming people, teams, and organisations by building the capacity for workplaces to truly flourish, we’re hosting an informal, practical session designed to spark honest conversation and share real-world tools you can apply immediately.

This session is designed for managers, supervisors, and anyone working alongside young people who want to:
Better understand the experience and perspective of young people entering the workplace
Reflect on common challenges employers are facing and learn from shared discussion and experiences
Walk away with practical tools, fresh insights, and greater confidence in supporting young employees effectively
Build connections with other employers and leaders in a relaxed, authentic environment
Expect a relaxed, interactive session with open discussion, practical insights, and time to connect with others,
finishing with nibbles and bubbles at Troublesmiths HQ.
