Elevate your workforce and amplify your impact

Attracting, developing, and retaining a capable workforce is one of the biggest challenges facing businesses today. High staff turnover, underprepared young employees, and the strain this places on supervisors, all come at a significant cost—both financially and culturally. At Troublesmiths, we provide targeted training and development solutions to help you build resilient teams, embed psychological safety, reduce attrition, and strengthen your leadership pipeline.
Our workplace programs equip young employees with the skills and mindset needed to contribute effectively. At the same time, we support supervisors with practical tools and strategies to engage, mentor, and retain their teams. For businesses with specific needs, our team can also work with you to design tailored programs to ensure smooth transitions and long-term success.
By investing in structured, real-world training, you’re not just upskilling employees—you’re fostering a workplace culture that drives engagement, productivity, and retention. Let’s work together to create a stronger, more stable workforce for your organisation.
All offerings can be delivered onsite in your business or at our Youth Hub in the Hobart CBD as required
